The Nameless One can notice that this ghoul has Uhir's Knife stuck in his body.
The ghoul is willing to part with it in exchange for some meat. TNO can either kill the ghoul to get the knife, or offer six Cranium Rat Tails in exchange for it.
After that, it's only a matter of returning the knife to Uhir in the Buried Village.
