Can be given to Old Mebbeth for 1000XP as part of her quest chain that teaches the Nameless One the Art, and allows him to become a mage.
Acquisition[]
After buying the Battered Tankard from the kitchenware merchant in the Marketplace Area (X=1580 Y=1000), the Nameless One can ask Meir'am (X=1960 Y=1980) to fill it with ink.
