The Crier of Es-Annon is one of the last survivors of the destroyed city of Es-Annon. He can be found in the Marketplace Area of the Hive. He and the other survivors scattered across the planes have taken up the sacred duty of constantly mourning the lost city, acting as living memorials to it.

The Crier is worried that if the precious few who remember it all die, the city will be forgotten. The Nameless One can offer to help.
With 14 Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma, TNO can advise him to either forget the city or go find his brothers, so as not to be alone with the burden. Either of these choices reward:
- 750 XP
- Tattoo of Graves of Es-Annon unlocked at Fell's Tattoo Parlor.
Another, better solution, is to suggest that a tombstone would do just as well memorializing the city, freeing the survivors to build a new life. This option requires 14 Intelligence or Wisdom. Going to Death-of-Names in the Mortuary Area and asking him to bury the name Es-Annon costs 3 copper. This solution rewards:
- 1000 XP (500 XP for burying the name; 500 XP for returning to the Crier)
- Tattoo of Dreams of Es-Annon unlocked at Fell's Tattoo Parlor.
